Welcome to my website! I have been practicing massage therapy since 1997, graduating from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy with a degree in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. I have had successful practices in Colorado Springs and Topeka, Kansas. Returning to Tucson in 2021 after leaving in 1993, I completed my love for the desert and began anew in Oro Valley.
I am excited to be practicing in Oro Valley- I love being a massage therapist helping people with pain and stress issues. I am a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist. Neuromuscular therapy focuses on providing relief from pain and dysfunction originating from specific areas of soft tissues and trigger points. My massage technique is a unique blend of Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue and relaxation massage.
